Jordan is by far the best mortgage broker I have ever used, and one of the best professionals I’ve ever dealt with. I was looking for a very specific property and so I was in contact with him constantly for months and he was always great to deal with. He is so absolutely knowledgeable that whenever I was considering a property I would call him up and run it past him and he would let me know right away if there were any red flags a lender wouldn’t like. He would also often know things Realtors didn’t and helped me to avoid making costly mistakes. On top of all of this he’s easy to talk to, funny and can make anyone feel at ease. He would be perfect for first time home buyers because he’s so good at walking you through all the steps and making you feel calm. I wasn’t a first time home buyer but ours was a complicated purchase and he helped me navigate it stress free, and when everything seemed to fall apart at one point he instantly helped me find a solution. Ten out of ten - I can whole heartedly recommend Jordan to anyone and know they will not be disappointed. My biggest complaint is that he’s a mortgage broker and now that I have my mortgage I don’t need his services anymore.
