He is very professional, informative and always keeping the client updated. You don't get that service anymore with others. But Jordan, he will keep you updated via phone call, text and email about the process. We got rejected from couple of banks when we apply for our mortgage. Wife is on mat leave, Jordan said that not a problem and was able to find ways to make it work with the situation we are currently in. I started asking his assistance since March of this year, and he never failed to answer all my question.
