They are phenomenal! If there ever was a word that was better than "phenomenal", I would use that. Extremely skilled, very friendly, always have your back and your interest in mind. There aren't enough good things to say about Jordan and Travis! We just closed on our second mortgage with them and the experience was excellent. The both of them are so incredibly knowledgeable and are always looking out for your best interest. It took us a few years to finally pull the trigger on selling our place and purchasing a second home, and Jordan happily answered all our questions and inquiries throughout the couple years that we were going back and forth about it. We will never trust anyone beside the Mortgage Centre with any our mortgage needs.

If I could put 10 stars I would. Jordan is fantastic. Over the past 5 years or so we have used in several times for pre approval, renewals (twice), and for buying our new house. Jordan is responsive, prompt and professional. Whether it’s phone calls, emails, texts etc he is always available and I trust his judgement more than anyone when it comes to mortgage advice. After only 6 months in Canada I was able to buy a house thanks to Jordan and Travis! Having returned to Alberta from overseas after over a decade meant no account history, no credit history and a fresh job. I was told it was the most stressful financing they had ever done. It took 16 days, but it went through with less than 10 hours to spare, having already gotten an extension from the seller. Neither Jordan nor Travis ever complained about all the paperwork needed from me to get it done and I never felt like I was bothering then when I called. They were always on the ball and sent my papers in as we went so that in the end we just needed confirmation on one last reference. I will gladly use them again and recommend them!
