We had a very complicated situation that needed a very skilled and thorough mortgage broker to make it all work. We had been told by previous mortgage brokers that our situation (big house, acreage property, me being self-employed) wasn't possible to get the mortgage we needed. We decided to try Jordan and we were not disappointed. He found a way to make it work when most everyone else said it couldn't be done. He called in multiple times during the process to update me on where things were at, educate us as to the process and next steps, and even the day we got possession, to make sure things went through and we were settled in. Getting a mortgage in our situation is a stressful and complicated process, but Jordan made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend.
